We got close to home today! Brooklyn is right there. And remember all those stereotypes that you have about the brooklynites, this wedding makes them all true. Brooklynites are arty (check!), they pick adorable wedding venues (check; The Green Building). They like mason jars, bowties in colorful choices and dance to band music. Yes! Yes! and Yes! We love all their choices. Sarah Hoppes Photography captured the lovely day. Enjoy! (And best of all its a DIY Wedding!)

There is something magical about a wedding at Capitale in New York City. It may be the lights or maybe how it’s nestled in the heart of the city or maybe how everything just happens to fit in just right. For Shirin and JR, it was just magical. Her family traveled from India and London and his big Italian family from all areas of New York City. Jen Yuson Photography captured the wedding at St. Patricks Cathedral perfectly and we cannot even begin to explain how amazing this reception was.
In honor of Gay Pride Parade, yesterday in New York that commemorated the One Year Anniversary of Same Sex Weddings in New York, we give you this adorable wedding by Heartsprint Photography. This bride looks amazing with her vintage style veil and chevron print shoes. And the Brooklyn botanical garden makes the perfect background for a whimsical wedding. The birds, the blue flower… Oh the Love!
